Buy or Selling a property

We provide a cost effective, client focused service to assist you in buying or selling a property in Northern Ireland. Our staff will keep you fully informed throughout the process, liaise with your mortgage provider and complete all the necessary documentation to register your purchase or sale with Land and Property Services.

We also provide advice and assistance if you are taking out a new loan on your property, changing lender or re-mortgaging. If you wish to transfer your property into someone else's name, change ownership for example from joint ownership into tenants in common we can assist you by preparing the necessary documentation and completing the new registration. We also provide assistance when other title issues arise for example boundary issues.
